The Digital Conveyancing Association is an association of property professionals who are dedicated in bringing positive change into the property industry. We aspire to enable all property participants to work effectively together to improve the efficiency of a fragmented and slow industry.

Smart Contracts and blockchain technology have the ability to transform how property is bought and sold. The net result will be quicker and safer transactions that provides a far better experience to the key participants which is the buyer and the seller.

Third party professionals will benefit too. Administration will be reduced resulting in better time management and increased productivity.
PropTech in a form of FinTech. It is a rapidly growing market as property professionals are becoming increasingly aware of the benefits that technology offers
to make the industry more efficient. However, we as an industry have only scratched
the surface.
Banking for example has seen incredible change with the application of FinTech. We have seen emergence of internet banking, where several brands now solely exist online. More recently we have seen the banking industry use blockchain technology to automate processes and eliminate fraud. Saving the industry billions every year.
Technology already exists to transform how buying property is bought and sold. The biggest obstacle is in the education of professionals to understand who this emerging technology is better for their clients and better for them.
This is why we have formed the Digital Conveyancing Association to educate the industry and to promote reform.
